Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Upon booking Eric to speak at your event/seminar you will receive a tax invoice totalling 30% of the total fee electronically. You will also receive a booking agreement form, as well as staging requirements.
To confirm a booking and date:
- Balance of your deposit must be paid in full.
- A signed booking agreement form is to be returned via mail or fax.
The balance of the presentation fee will be due seven (7) days prior to the presentation date.
Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation; however they can be carried forward to another event or booking.
- The full fee is payable for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the presentation date.
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Eric Bailey is not able to deliver the presentation as agreed through no fault of the client, all monies paid will be returned immediately.
- We request that presentations are not recorded or copied unless prior written consent has been arranged.
- Flash photography is permitted. (We would love to see copies too!)
Marketing Material
Eric Bailey travels with a range of personal development products that are on sale before and after all presentations. Should this present a conflict of interest to a client or sponsors, please advise prior to the event.
With the client’s permission, order forms and information about Eric Bailey products will be made available to all participants.
