After extensive research, the True Colours system is based upon a selection of four colours which have been chosen for their direct association with the psychological and physiological needs of people.
Each of these colours represents various personality traits which, when combined and analysed, assist in discovering which strengths remain untapped within each individual. Personal, team and company performance truly excels when these dormant abilities are released and drawn on.

Workshops are designed to deliver the True Colours philosophy in short bursts. Short sessions keep attention spans in tact and participants easily retain information. Workshops operate separately or blend together to enhance your existing materials.

Certification Training
Certified trainers are shown how to implement and teach the True Colour philosophy. Trainers can use this as their base training module or it can be combined to work with existing training modules.
Coaching
Coaching series offers additional support to individuals who have difficulty putting into place the changes that are required for their success. Coaching can be in the form of face to face, telephone or online sessions with support from a highly qualified team member.
